Over the past five years, I’ve built a portfolio of real estate investments, mastering strategies like the BRRRR method (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) and leveraging other people’s money to grow wealth sustainably. I’m also the owner of For Keeps Coffee & Bakery in Waco, TX, where I’ve learned firsthand what it takes to build and manage a thriving business and team.

When I’m not investing or working on the business, I’m spending time with my amazing wife, Danielle, and our two (soon to be three!) kids.
